What is our return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your online purchase from Valley Chic Boutique. If you are unhappy with your purchase, send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase or return to our store location within 14 days of receipt for a store credit. All returns must be mailed to: 2124 Cecil Ashburn Dr. Ste 100; Huntsville, AL 35802. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). All merchandise must meet the return criteria. Items MUST still have tags on them. Once we receive the item(s), we will send you a code via email to redeem your credit. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your package is received, please allow 2-3 business days for return processing.  

What is an acceptable return?

Items must be in their original unworn and unwashed conditions with the original tags still attached. All jewelry, hats, headbands, and sale/clearance items are non-returnable. All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL. 

Exchanges:

We do not have the ability to process exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for a refund. 

Trouble with your order?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
